Who we are

Aesthetic Service Management ("ASM", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit the consultation form we collect the information you provide: name, organization, email address, phone number, the number of locations and devices you manage, the services you are interested in, and your message.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to operate and secure the site. If enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics collects aggregate, privacy-preserving usage data without cookies or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used on forms to distinguish people from automated traffic.

How we use information

• To respond to your consultation request and communicate with you about ASM, SSC, and MedLux Capital services.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, spam protection) and only as needed to provide those services.

Retention

Consultation requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our communication, and then deleted or archived in line with our business records practices.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by contacting us at jim@laserrxusa.com or (508) 648-6300.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
